When Legend of Zelda Twilight Princess came out I was ecstatic! A new LOZ! Then I played it. I have the wii version and to tell you the truth I was sorely disappointed. The game just wasn't the same. After some time I got used to it, but I was really missing the controls of Wind waker. The new LOZ is on it's way and I've heard so many reviews about the gameplay. Not as dark as TP and just as big a world as WW, this game is supposed to be the bee's knees. However, it's not all ocarinas and deku flowers. From what I've watched, read and seen of the game the wii motion plus just screwed LOZ fans all over the world. While in TP the controls were at least close to the original controller, in SS there is just too much maraca like shaking, frustrated aiming, and general arm waving. I know that nintendo wants to help gamers have the "in game experience" but I think that they are just making it too complicated. If they really want to give us the "in game experience" then they should make the games more realistic. More emotional characters, more realistic backgrounds and so forth. In skyward Sword they did this but then they screwed with the controller. I've been playing OOT to while away the days until my SS game come in and I'm going to really miss the control scheme. I just hope that the storyline, dungeons and characters are as good as they are made out to be otherwise both me and a lot of other LOZ fans are going to be really upset!
